I'm pretty sure that's illegal in most, if not all, states in the Union. I think that falls into the Lewd Conduct category. If you really need to be Jacken in your vehicle, park it in your garage first. For your safety and the safety of others, please keep your jacken off road, and for goodness sake, don't advertise it!
