Hopefully the owners of these signs figure out that something is jacked up and fix it before more people laugh at their mistakes.

... And what ever happened to punctuation, a comma should separate the verb (SLOW) from the noun (SPEED BUMP) otherwise it makes the verb into an adjective. Who am I kidding? I failed english so many times.
Which would explain why you have a comma in an inappropriate place. lol
